Per the FTC regulations, this is an explanation of how and when I am compensated on this blog.
Kabram Krafts began as a way for me to document my creative projects for myself and share them with others. I am happy to watch it expand as I am able to spend more time posting about new projects and endeavors that I make.
In order to keep all of my blog content free of charge, but still be able to pay all the costs associated with running an online business (hosting fees, domain name, blog design, my own time and that of those who help me), there are many ways in which I am compensated.
My personal opinions and morals
Integrity is important to me, and I will never promote anything that I fully do not believe in, even if offered to be compensated for it. Likewise, I will not promote something that is not valuable to you, as my reader, even if I DO personally believe in it, nor would I promote anything that does not fit into the specified categories on this site.
I am honest with my opinions and will not say I like something which I, in fact, hate.
Product Reviews
On occasion, I will accept a product review if it lines up with the crafty nature of my blog, and I think you, as a reader, could benefit from the information. If a product or service is mentioned, and you do not see the disclaimer on the page, I was not compensated for it.
Affiliate Marketing
Another way in which I am compensated is through sales or leads generated through affiliate marketing links.
Again, it is important for me to mention that I will never put a link up just to make money.
Clicking on an affiliate link and making a purchase or signing up for a service will earn me a commission and helping me to keep this blog free.
Privacy Policy
I use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit my site. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
File Downloads / Copyrights
Because I use free online images as inspiration for many of my designs, please use them for personal use only. You may not re-distribute or sell these files. If you would like to share any of my files, please send your friends the link to the page or to my blog. Any downloaded files are provided as is with no guarantees. Please DO feel free to contact me if you have trouble using any of the files and I will do my best to help you out.
